We’re looking for a Sales Manager to join our growing team and help drive our expansion across the DACH region. You’ll be at the forefront of our commercial efforts, working closely with potential clients and partners to understand their needs, offer tailored solutions, and guide them through the entire sales cycle from the first conversation to the final handshake.
In this role, you’ll have the autonomy to shape and implement strategic sales approaches while building lasting relationships with stakeholders in the healthcare space. You’ll represent Founda Health at industry events, manage complex bid and tender processes, and collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure that every proposal and contract aligns with our high standards and values. Your work will directly contribute to the impact we’re making in healthcare innovation.
Who we’re looking for
- You’re a self-starter with at least four years of experience in sales or business development, ideally in the B2B SaaS space and you have a strong network within the healthcare domain.
- You’re fluent in both German and English, and you’re no stranger to handling tenders, navigating CRM systems like HubSpot, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Communication is one of your strongest suits, and you take pride in your ability to connect, influence, and close deals.
- Bonus points if you already bring experience in the healthcare interoperability domain or have knowledge in IT healthcare standards such as IHE, HL7, or FHIR
