JOB PURPOSE:
• Responsible for selling properties to Aldar new and existing customers, focusing on matching costumer needs with available inventory and launches. This role primarily emphasizes day-to-day interactions with potential buyers, generating leads, and facilitating transactions.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Generate leads through networking, marketing campaigns, and broker databases.
• Showcase available properties to potential buyers and highlight key features.
•Source and connect with potential buyers (both by Direct sources or indirect)
– Conduct site visits and prepare presentations
– Issue sales offers to potential buyers
• Own quarterly sales targets as per the annual overall sales target
• Prepare and manage contracts, payment plans, and other documentation related to the sales process.
• Ensure all sales adhere to regulatory guidelines and company policies.
• Develop client database and update CRM.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HNWIs, corporate clients, and brokers.
• Provide a consultative sales approach, advising clients on the benefits of the development and its investment potential.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, assisting them with financing options, market trends, and legal processes.
• Manage the lead process and ensure all opportunities are up-to-date.
• Address any client concerns during or after the transaction and ensure to support customers requirements
• Provide property visits and show home management, and respond to inquiries about pricing, amenities, and payment terms.
RELATED YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
Min of 4-6+ years in residential real estate sales with a track record of sales of 100million AED per annum.
Working Conditions
• Work Location: Indoor Office/Sales Centers and or Exhibition Spaces
• 6-day workweek
FIELD OF EXPERIENCE
•Solid track record and experience in tenant/customer relationship management.
•Significant exposure to GCC and UAE real estate market.
TECHNICAL AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
•Demonstrated skills in building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
•Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
•Excellent conflict resolution/management skills
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Business-level+ command of Arabic and English, written and verbal.
QUALIFICATION
•Diploma degree in business administration/management, or equivalent is required. Bachelor Degree is an added value.
