Position: Solutions Representative (SR) / Sales Leader

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Solutions Representative who can easily navigate the mechanical trade industry. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, sales acumen, and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, boilers, chillers, and equipment maintenance.
As a Solutions Representative/Sales Leader, you will:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers while attracting new ones
- Provide leadership and mentorship to other sales staff members
- Sell all JMS services to increase revenue and meet annual sales goals
- Account Management: Grow revenue for assigned customers and acquire new accounts for additional commissions
- Sales Leadership: Direct the Tulsa branch sales team, assigning leads, tracking RFQs/bid projects, and delivering training for optimal sales performance
- Collaborate closely with the Oklahoma City sales team and Branch Manager to align strategies and drive revenue growth
Expectations:
- Quote Plan & Spec work independently, develop solutions for specific projects
- Generate and manage RFQs while supporting sales representatives and estimators
- Complete OSHA 10 training within 90 days and participate in weekly safety lessons
Qualifications:
- 3+ years proven experience in sales / business development in the commercial HVAC, electrical, construction, boilers, chillers, or plumbing industry required.
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand complex mechanical systems and provide accurate estimates.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact effectively with clients, team members, and management.
- A proactive self-starter with a strong work ethic and a passion for the industry. Must have a customer-centric approach and the ability to build lasting relationships.

Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary: Starting at $75,000 per year plus Commission: Earn additional commissions through a tiered pay plan based on performance and sold work. Transportation: Company-issued vehicle with a fuel card. Dress Code: Relaxed office atmosphere, company-branded apparel available. Training: JMS covers tuition, travel, hotel, and meals for approved training programs. Paid Time Off: 80 hours of annual PTO + six paid federal holidays. Health Insurance: JMS covers 100% of individual health insurance premiums. Resources Provided: Laptop, cell phone, company credit card, and office supplies. Retirement Plan: 401(k) match: 100% of the first 3% contributed + 50% of the next 2%. Work Schedule: Regular business hours: 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (with a one-hour lunch break).
