Sales Lead (Macao)

Wristcheck is expanding to Macau! We’re building our sales team and looking for watch enthusiasts to bring the Wristcheck experience to a brand-new market. As part of our team, you’ll act as the face of the company to ensure that each and every customer receives the best buying experience possible. We’re looking for a natural people person with strong communication and a high bar for quality. You are passionate about people, watches, and tech, and are genuinely excited about the prospect of revolutionizing the buying and selling process. Let’s build the watch world of tomorrow! 

This role is open to Macau residents only. Sales employees work 6 days per week on a rotating shift roster.

• Discuss, educate and advise on watch brands and models, as well as introduce new customers to Wristcheck services for both buying and selling 
• Consistently hit and/or exceed monthly sales targets to contribute to overall team successBuild relationships with clients, and professional and individual sellers. Nurture and grow these relationships to build long-term partnerships and uncover new leads and opportunities
• Utilize our CRM platform to manage and document new and existing customer relationships and interactions. Leverage the system to stay connected to customers and provide personalized experiences
• Promptly and professionally follow up on leads generated by digital marketing campaigns for both buyers and sellers onboarded in person or online
• Provide the highest level of service and follow up at every opportunity, setting the stage for subsequent purchases, consignments, referrals, and testimonials 
• Source watches from your network of dealers and clients. Develop effective strategies for sourcing highly sought-after watches and managing the entire process from sourcing to final sale
• Analyse market data to forecast and execute supply acquisition strategies with different profiles of potential clients from professional dealers to private collectors
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in the watch industry, including market prices and conditions. Ensure you are well versed in historical pricing, watch specifications / condition / nuances for our catalog of consigned watches

What you’ll bring:

• 5+ years of luxury sales experience, ideally in a similar role in a luxury retail environment
• A high level of professionalism and customer service with a demonstrated ability to connect and build relationships with entrepreneurs, executives and professionals from all industries
• Strong knowledge and passion for watch brands and luxury timepieces
• You have an existing rolodex of clients and industry knowledge of where to source supply of pre-owned watches 
• Highly adaptive; you’re ready to switch your sales stance depending on whether the customer is looking to buy or sell
• Entrepreneurial self-starter that is able to perform in a results-oriented and deadline driven environment
• Able to work autonomously as well as an integral part of a highly motivated team
• Naturally organized with meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Cantonese and Mandarin. Conversational in English
