🔍 Estamos buscando un(a) Sales Intelligence Chief
🌍 Ubicación: El Salvador - Santa Ana y San Salvador

Propósito Principal: Monitorear y optimizar la ejecución de la estrategia de ventas y desarrollo territorial de los negocios de transacción y suscripción, brindando soporte analítico y comercial para la toma de decisiones que garanticen el incremento de usuarios, rentabilidad y mejora continua, mediante la identificación de oportunidades comerciales basadas en KPIs clave.

Responsabilidades:

  • Desarrollo y ejecución de estrategias: Crear planes estratégicos y trabajar en colaboración con los gerentes de territorio para alcanzar objetivos relacionados con Market Share, Recarga, Gross, Instalaciones y KPIs de distribución y comunicación.

  • Monitoreo de KPIs: Realizar un seguimiento constante de los KPIs de ejecución territorial, identificando tendencias y anomalías que puedan afectar la toma de decisiones estratégicas.

  • Análisis proactivo: Liderar la realización de análisis estratégicos para identificar riesgos y oportunidades que optimicen la gestión comercial.

  • Gestión del presupuesto: Administrar el presupuesto de costos operativos, generar propuestas comerciales y asegurar que la inversión territorial sea eficiente.

  • Soporte comercial: Proveer información relevante de todos los canales de ventas (transacción y suscripción) para respaldar la gestión comercial.

  • Análisis de datos: Extraer y analizar datos provenientes de bases SQL internas y externas utilizando herramientas de VPN para acceder a datos remotos.

  • Liderazgo de equipos: Dirigir y desarrollar los equipos de DMS en el territorio, asegurando una ejecución territorial excelente de los canales de venta.

Requisitos:

  • Formación académica: Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Economía, Negocios, Ingeniería en Negocios o carreras afines.

  • Experiencia laboral: Mínimo 3 años en áreas relacionadas con Business Intelligence o Finanzas.

Competencias clave:

  • Pensamiento analítico

  • Orientación a resultados

  • Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y en entornos dinámicos

  • Comunicación efectiva y habilidad para presentar análisis complejos de manera clara

  • Conocimiento de herramientas de análisis como Power BI

  • Experiencia en la elaboración de metas y esquemas de comisiones de ventas (deseable)

  • Manejo avanzado de Excel y SQL

  • Inglés intermedio
