Description

As a Sales Force Effectiveness Manager for the Unilabs Group, you will be responsible for optimizing the performance and efficiency of our sales team through the development and implementation of strategies, processes and tools. Your primary focus will be on enhancing sales productivity, increasing revenue and maximizing the effectiveness of our sales force.

Requirements

· Sales Process Optimization:

o Analyze and assess the existing sales processes to identify areas for improvement.

o Develop and implement strategies to streamline the sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.

o Identify and address bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the sales cycle to accelerate revenue generation.

· Sales Training and Development:

o Collaborate with sales leadership to identify training needs and gaps within the sales team.

o Design and deliver sales training programs to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and objection handling.

o Develop onboarding programs for new sales hires to ensure a smooth transition and ramp-up period.

· Performance Management and Metrics:

o Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the effectiveness of the sales team.

o Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

o Provide regular reports and insights to sales leadership on sales performance and productivity.

· Sales Technology and Tools:

o Evaluate and implement sales enablement tools, CRM systems, and other technologies to support the sales team, ensuring tight integration between each other to maximize efficiencies and impact

o Customize and configure CRM to align with the sales process and workflow.

o Create very tight link between Market Mapping done by Strategy Team and CRM and overall SFE to maximise business opportunities and growth

o Ensure strong change management on sales force and overall commercial team including defining clear roles & responsibilities when implementing CRM

o Provide training and support to sales representatives on the use of sales tools and technology.

· Sales Strategy and Planning:

o Collaborate with sales leadership and the Strategy Team to develop sales strategies and objectives aligned with business goals.

o Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and challenges in the sales landscape.

o Assist in the development of sales forecasts, territory planning, and quota setting.

Qualifications:

· Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

· Proven experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or a similar role.

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills.

· Proficiency in CRM systems and sales enablement tools.

· Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
