What Your Impact Will Be: 

Acting as a Sales Finance Sr. Manager, your expertise will be critical in guiding decision-making processes and ensuring alignment between financial objectives and commercial goals across LATAM markets. 

Key responsibilities: 

  1. Act as a trusted financial advisor to Sales leaders by driving key conversations and delivering in-depth financial insights that identify opportunities to optimize profitability and market growth in LATAM.
  2. Spearhead the process of reviewing detailed P&L statements, ensuring clear insights into the business’s financial health is shared with the Sales teams.
  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve processes and maintain alignment with business objectives. 
  4. Taking ownership of the month-end closing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while continuously improving workflow and procedures. 
  5. Lead a team of talented executives, fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and excellence within the finance function. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • 10 years + of experience in finance, preferably in the consumer goods or retail sectors.
  • Experience in financial planning, forecasting, and P&L management, with demonstrated success in partnering with commercial teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to manage complex datasets and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Proven team leadership track record.
  • Fluency in English is required.
