Sales Finance Administrator

What you’ll achieve
As a Sales Finance Administrator you will be responsible for supporting the sales and finance teams by managing financial transactions, sales pipeline tracking, and contract administration. You will ensure accurate forecasting, budgeting, and revenue reconciliation while acting as a key liaison between sales, finance, delivery and customers.
Working with an extended highly skilled team, you will be making a profound impact throughout the healthcare sector.
You will:
- Support forecasting and budgeting processes for the sales department.
- Assist in expense tracking and reporting for the sales team (and wider company)
- Reconcile sales revenue with financial records to ensure accuracy.
- Assist with monthly billing and contract renewals.
- Manage and track the sales pipeline using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Request and follow up on purchase orders (POs) from customers to ensure timely processing of sales transactions.
- Obtain contracts from all customers and ensure proper documentation is maintained.

Essential Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in sales finance, financial administration, or sales support roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) for pipeline management and financial tracking.
- Robust skills in Microsoft Excel, financial reporting tools, and ERP/CRM software.
- Experienced analytical and problem-solving skills to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
- Excellent attention to details and organisational abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to communicate across teams.
Desirable Requirements
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
