Job Description
Texada Software is seeking a Sales Executive to pursue New Logos. The Sales Executive will be a key member of the Revenue Generation team at Texada Software. As a Texada Sales Executive, you will use your experience, domain expertise, and consultative selling skills to identify key opportunities, build strong business relationships and close new business. You will become an expert on Texada’s products and services portfolio, and endeavor to share that knowledge with prospects, partners, and industry contacts. This is an outside sales role so the ability to travel both domestically and internationally is key.
This role reports to our VP of Sales and collaborates with multiple departments, such as but not limited to Marketing, R&D, and Product.
How you will be contributing
- Drive success of the company's goals and objectives through achieving individual sales quotas
- Build and manage a sales pipeline through prospecting efforts for Cloud/SaaS product throughout a defined territory with specific focus on equipment rental and dealer businesses
- Operate from a data driven position, building relationships and
- Conduct discovery sessions with prospects and customers via web or in-person
- Develop and negotiate complex, enterprise-level proposals and contracts
- Forecast sales activity and revenue achievements accurately through proper use of our sales tools
- Collaborate closely with Senior Leadership, Product Experts and Technical Services to share client feedback, close deals and effectively execute sold transactions
- Serve as an ambassador for Texada, unfailingly operating with integrity, verve and follow through
- Travel as necessary, ~35%
- Lead or participate in other assigned projects

- Exceptional listening skills and desire to help your clients and colleagues
- Business-minded with an understanding of contracts, revenue, margins and developing mutually beneficial deals with clients and closing complex cycles
- Extensive software sales experience (Saas/Cloud) and a background selling to construction related industries is a plus
- Must have demonstrated success securing new clients (logos) and growing a sales territory
