Job Description
Position Proposal
Generating strategies for control and management of CHEP’s assets on customers under his responsibility, as well as the identify opportunities with existing customers, ensuring compliance with the budget allocated on account.
Main responsabilities
· Coordinate and carry out constant training for Es customers on CHEP quality criteria and best usage practices.
· Make the semiannual presentation of Business Review with the key KPIs of the operation.
· Register complaints at CHEP Solutions and follow up on solutions for them.
· Plan, carry out, reconcile the national inventories of the assigned accounts and perform their reconciliation.
· Monitor savings projects requested by customers.
· Maintain high and permanent, the strategic relationship with the decision-maker / influencer of the key accounts.
· Monitor the performance indicators of the assigned accounts.
· Conduct regular business review meetings (Business Review) presenting the account management indicators.
· Ensure customer satisfaction and efficiency of your supply chain with regard to pallet and container pooling.
· Identify risks and business opportunities and synergies in collaborative projects with customers and / or their partners (inbounds, collaborative transport, exports, network expansion, logistics productivity).
· Schedule monitor and present results of inventories of key customers, as well as ensure reimbursement of losses on assets, if they occur.
· Perform contractual management, ensuring compliance with all its clauses, in order to ensure the financial balance of the key accounts.
· Ensure that annual contract readjustments are carried out, according to the inflation index.
· Ensure the payment flow on time, according to the agreed payment plan.
Apply the SHE (Safety, Health and Environment), Quality and Zero Harm policies in daily routines.

Experience
5 to 8 years of experience in the commercial area. Desirable for 3 to 5 years in consumer or logistics industries, through customer service or retail areas. Experience in controlling and managing inventories. Experience in Commercial and Strategic Account Management
