The Role:

As a Sales Executive, you will take full ownership of your account base, driving quality sales through strategic assortment planning, segmentation, and distribution strategies. Your role includes managing volumes, forecasting, and ensuring alignment with targets and KPIs to achieve business objectives. Acting as a Brand Ambassador, you will consistently represent Deckers' values, showcasing a deep understanding of the brand's mission and vision.

You will be a key contributor to the success of the team by leveraging insights into fashion trends, consumer behavior, and competitive market dynamics. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying market shifts and maintaining an awareness of product positioning and competitors.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the German market, is motivated by sales goals and can act as a role model for the brand and the business. Fluency in German and good level of English is a requirement for this role.

Your Impact:

  • Manage and be accountable for the development of the wholesale business of UGG across a defined region.
  • Plan and budget each account by category, vs. LY & target.
  • Strategically plan and arrange all customer appointments.
  • Ensure all orders and admin are submitted within deadlines.
  • Build strong professional relationships with all buyers or owners for each account.
  • Strategically contact and manage your customers daily, weekly, or bi-monthly.
  • Propose new accounts or opportunities to your Head of Sales.
  • Be the first point of call for your accounts within Deckers Brands.
  • Report back to your Head of Sales with any requested information on your territory.
  • Liaise with internal departments such as credit control, customer services, and marketing.
  • Ensure that within your territory, UGG is presented in the best possible way and always in line with the most current brand guidelines.

  • Organized and driven individual with an interest in fashion
  • Enjoy building relationships with both internal and external customers
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed
  • Analytical and good attention to detail
  • Able to use independent judgment when performing all the duties
  • Comfortable with working flexibly and travel as required

We would Love to Hear from People with:

  • Previous wholesale experience within a regionally based role
  • Exposure to reporting and communicating both sell-in and sell-through
  • An understanding for the fashion industry and culture
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft applications
  • Fluency in German and good level of English
  • A valid, full driving licence
