This role offers an agile 3,2 working pattern with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home/this role is based in the office 5 days a week.
Parking within Chiswick Park is very limited and booked on a first come first serve basis, however if you must drive there are also other options outside of the business park itself.

We are a dynamic sales force, that is big enough to allow you to build your own opportunities yet small enough for your individual contribution to really stand out. It is the flawless size for us to individually make a significant contribution to pladis’ success. As sales Executive, you will have will have full ownership of the Cake P&L and commercial relationships in Morrisons worth £5.2m.
This role will give the successful candidate experience with a Top Four Grocery account and strong development opportunities for the future.
What will be your key deliverables?
- Support on Morrisons Brand Plans, Promotional planning and Shopper activation.
- Ensuring all customer requirements and sales plan admin is completed on time and in full.
- Customer Portal management.
- Management of Field Sales planning.
- Ownership of the sales forecast against business KPI’s
- Support BAM to deliver best in class JBP activation

- Experience within FMCG category.
- Working autonomously and as part of a team towards business set targets.
- Ability to build positive internal and external relationships cross functionally.
- Logical mind and strong eye for detail.

- Good Excel, PowerPoint & presentation skills.
- Desire to learn, develop and make a difference.
Desirable
- Top 4 FMCG experience
- Experience of dealing with Morrisons as a customer
- Experience in Impulse categories
- Branded experience (as opposed to Retailer Brand)
What will the interview process be?
- 1st stage interview – 45 minutes competency-based interview based on our company values and your experiences.
- 2nd stage interview – 60 minutes – a technical interview to understand your skill set/case study or presentation interview.
pladis does also use both Psychometric and Aptitude tests to support our processes so you may be asked to complete these as part of your process.
