We’re now looking for an Inbound Sales Manager to own and close all inbound leads — converting interest into revenue and ensuring brands have an amazing first experience.
Roles and responsibilities
- Lead Fulfillment: Ensure every inbound lead is contacted within 2 hours and nurtured toward a successful transaction.
- Client Follow-Ups: Regularly chase and engage brands via calls, WhatsApp, emails, or platform chat to move them from interest to action.
- Sales Closure: Help brands understand the right content package, assist in creator selection, and close the order.
- Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in the lead-to-order journey and collaborate with product/ops to fix them.
- Client Onboarding: Guide first-time brands on how to use Amplify efficiently, upload briefs, approve content, and get the best outcomes.
- Reporting: Maintain dashboards for lead status, response times, conversion rates, and revenue tracking.
Our non-negotiables
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in content, influencer, marketing services or SaaS.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Strong follow-up discipline — you hate losing deals due to silence or delay.
- Ability to work with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred), dashboards, and task managers.
- Comfort in a fast-paced, startup-style environment.
- Bonus: Understanding of content marketing, influencer marketing, or creator economy.
