More about the role

  • Lead our team of Sales Engineers for Central Europe.
  • Provide mentorship, encourage professional growth, and create an environment that fosters collaboration and innovation.
  • Oversee solution design, cost estimation, and risk assessment, ensuring the delivery of optimal and commercially viable solutions for customers.
  • Partner with the Sales Executive team to develop tailored sales strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and positioning Exotec’s solutions effectively.
  • Align team efforts with business objectives, contributing to a shared revenue target.
  • Strengthen cross-functional collaboration between Sales, Engineering, and Product teams to enhance efficiency and innovation.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of technical experience in thelogistics / warehouse automation industry, with a background in sales engineering or a related field, and additional management experience.
  • Deep industry knowledge in logistics automation, robotics, or industrial automation.
  • Proven leadership ability, with experience mentoring and developing teams in a supportive and results-oriented manner.
  • Strong communication skills, with fluency in English & German and the ability to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
