Role Summary

We’re looking for a Technical Sales & Implementation Engineer to be the go-to technical partner for our customers—from the first “what is tvScientific?” conversation all the way through onboarding and beyond.

You’ll work side-by-side with Sales and Onboarding to scope out the right solutions, showcase what our platform can do, and make sure everything runs smoothly once clients are ready to go live. This role is a mix of technical problem-solver and trusted guide—you’ll help clients understand how we fit into their world and make sure they’re set up for long-term success.


What You'll Do

  • Partner with Sales on pre-sales calls to explain platform capabilities and answer technical questions
  • Scope integration requirements and build tailored demo environments for prospects
  • Create and execute implementation plans for new customers, collaborating closely with Onboarding 
  • Troubleshoot and solve integration challenges, working directly with client technical teams
  • Document best practices and technical solutions for internal and client use
  • Provide technical guidance for upsell conversations and expansion opportunities
  • Stay sharp on product updates, adtech industry trends, and integration techniques
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor across the client lifecycle

You’ll Be Successful in This Role if You Have/Are 

  • 3+ years in a technical, client-facing role (Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales, Technical Account Management)
  • Experience in adtech, martech, or a fast-moving SaaS environment
    Familiarity with JavaScript, APIs, and tag management tools like Google Tag Manager
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and independently
  • Comfort translating technical complexity into accessible explanations


You May Also Have

  • Experience with affiliate marketing or digital performance advertising
  • Understanding of ad tracking challenges (ITP, cookie depreciation, etc.)
  • Certification in Affiliate & Partnerships Industry Fundamentals (PXA)
  • Experience building custom demos or sandbox environments
  • Knowledge of analytics platforms and conversion tracking methodologies
