We are looking for a talented Sales Engineer to join our team. 

Sales Engineer is a key player in realizing this vision:

As a Sales Engineer, you will act as a trusted advisor to our prospective clients. You will be an integral part of the success of both our customers and Account Executives by performing technical discovery qualifications, making architectural recommendations for the solution, delivering product demonstrations and POCs, and troubleshooting technical configuration issues engagements.

As a passionate technologist and customer advocate, you will connect the dots between the technical solution to business value for the customer.

Responsibilities : 

  • Lead the sales cycle from the technical side
  • Take special priority of Enterprise deals that need extra hand holding
  • Analyze customers data and create insightful and engaging summary reports
  • Sparring with product
  • Trusted advisor for prospective customers as well as internal stakeholders
  • Ensure successful implementation of CHEQ tag on the prospects environment and troubleshoot if there should be any issues
  • Collaborate with Client Success, Product, and peers in other regions to increase the adoption of CHEQ Paradome suite at new and existing logos



Requirements

  • Experienced Sales Engineer/Solutions Engineer
  • Know how to talk to customers of all levels about their business, their challenges and how CHEQ can address their pain points
  • Be proactive in addressing and foreseeing issues that may come up during the Trial period
  • High level analytics skills and highlight most valuable insights
  • Demonstrated ability to perform data manipulation using SQL, including the ability to write complex queries utilizing JOINs, window functions, and other advanced querying methods.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Excel (or Google Sheets) for data analysis. Familiarity with BI tools or scripting languages such as R or Python is a plus.
  • Understanding and experience with Paid Search and Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising and relevant platforms. Google Ads (Adwords) and Google Analytics experience - advantage
  • Basic familiarity with Tag Management Systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager) is a plus, especially around concepts like tag deployment and trigger configuration.
  • Experience with Paid Social (e.g. Facebook Ads) or other digital media channels advantage
  • Some familiarity with web security fundamentals (e.g., XSS, SQL injection) is a nice to have.
  • Professional level English and Japanese - Must"
