Introduction
We are looking for an experienced Sales Engineer in Sweden for the Business Unit of Industrial Gases. The selected person will focus on developing and increasing the sales with B2B industrial clients in the Nordics region.
This role is a remote position in Sweden. You are ideally based between Stockholm and Malmö) and will report to the Sales Manager based in the Netherlands.
Your responsibilities

Organizing, planning and managing the sales aspects of Donaldson Industrial Gases Division products

Close cooperation with First Fit, project engineers, sales representatives, customer service, internal sales, marketing and business development team

Identifying new customers and technical business partners and help them to develop their air filtration business with Donaldson

Managing and optimizing profit through develop and implement sales tactics, business plan and activities for customers in responsibility area in line with Donaldson strategy and vision

Introducing new products to existing and potential new customers, technical business partners to gain additional market share

Collect and analyze industrial market in responsibility area and respond appropriately in line with Donaldson strategy

Attending and organizing product trainings for customers

Frequent travelling to clients within dedicated territory Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland

Minimum requirements:

2 to 10 years of experience in sales of technical service and products to industrial market

Fluency in English and Swedish

Flexibility and willingness to travel (approx. 70%)
