Are you an expert in drive and control technology with a passion for mobile applications? Then we have the perfect challenge for you!

In this role, you will dive into the dynamic world of material handling, agricultural, and construction machinery. You are the specialist who knows the market's needs and requirements inside out. Or you are ready to immerse yourself in it and quickly expand your network.

With your knowledge of our extensive range of hydraulic, mechanical, and electronic products, you know exactly how to provide customer-oriented solutions. Not fully familiar yet? We’ll give you a crash course and the tools to stand firm and offer the right solutions to the customer.

What Will You Do?

• You will develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• You will create account plans and ensure their execution.
• You will work on increasing our market share.
• You will collaborate with the customer and have a vision for the mobile machines of the future, using your technical insights to provide innovative solutions.

You won’t be alone!

You will work alongside an enthusiastic team of sales support, service, and application engineering. You will report directly to the Sales Manager – Mobile Applications.

Qualifications

• You preferably hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in electromechanics, electronics, electricity, or automation, and you have a few years of experience in (electro)hydraulic drive technology, whether in maintenance, industrial sales, or engineering.
• You feel the urge to explore the sales world or have already taken your first commercial steps and now want to grow further on this path. If you are ready to turn your passion for sales into results, then this is your chance!
• You have a no-nonsense mentality and are a creative problem solver who always thinks in solutions.
• You are entrepreneurial and take proactive initiative towards customers. You think broadly and see new sales opportunities where others might not.
• You dive into projects, build strong connections within the organization, so you can obtain the right information and pricing more quickly and efficiently to sell your ideas.
• You communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English; knowledge of French or German is a nice bonus!
• You are a pro with MS Office and can work with it effortlessly.
• You are both technically and administratively precise.
• You excel in teamwork and are always customer-oriented.
• You are flexible and dynamic, but you always adhere to agreements and rules.
• You hold a valid driver's license.
