Job Description
- Selling equipment for thermal analysis, rheology, and fire testing
- Actively acquiring new customers in Poland
- Maintaining relationships and cooperation with existing customers
- Achieving sales targets and ensuring profitability
- Organizing and conducting seminars, webinars, training sessions, and equipment demonstrations
- Participating in scientific conferences and industry trade fairs
- Identifying key sales targets and expanding our market presence among real estate companies
- Negotiating pricing and contractual agreements to close deals
- Managing customer portfolios and relationships through CRM software
- Reporting monthly sales execution to the management
- Monitoring market trends and providing insights into competitive activities
Qualifications
- Higher technical education in Materials Engineering, Chemical Technology, Technical Physics, or related fields
- Preferably experience in selling scientific research equipment, especially in the field of rheology
- Open-mindedness and excellent ability to establish and maintain professional relationships
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to evaluate and seize business opportunities
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for professional growth and contributing to company success.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and experience in negotiating agreements
- Goal-oriented approach with the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
- High level of dynamism and adaptability
- Valid Category B driving license
- Communication Skills in Polish and English
- Willingness to travel frequently for business purposes
