The Onboarding Specialist, Sales Enablement is an integral member of the Sales Enablement team that supports the global sales team, playing a pivotal part in driving the adoption of technology solutions and key processes to empower the sales team to succeed. This role will be the bridge between Sales Enablement and Sales Leaders. This role is accountable for identifying how well processes are being adopted as well as overall strengths and weaknesses across the organization. As part of the Sales Enablement team, they will also take on other responsibilities within that team when appropriate, like hiring and training.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Support the effective use and adoption of sales technologies and processes by the sales team, ensuring a seamless integration into daily workflows.

Provide day to day support to the team by managing business needs and coordinating resources.

Assist with communication and logistics related to the enablement team.

Act as a quality assurance partner for sales calls by reviewing and evaluating calls, providing insights to ensure adherence to best practices, sales strategies, and effective communication techniques.

Conduct interviews and engage in the hiring process when needed.

Engage in training and facilitation when needed.

Monitor and achieve KPIs that lead to success within the role.

Collaborate closely with Talent Development, Sales Trainer, and Sales Leadership.

Exercise discretion as it relates to confidential resident, property and company information.

Compliance with company standards as defined in the Human Resources Policy Manual, E-Way Processes and Procedures, and applicable laws, e.g., Fair Housing, Landlord Tenant, Local Building Codes, OSHA, and EEOC.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, preferred.

1+ years of experience sales operations, sales enablement or a related field.

Strong understanding of sales technologies.

Familiar with evaluating sales calls, providing feedback and ensuring adherence to best practices.

Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to create and deliver engaging and impactful training.

Show strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.

Proficiency to read, write, and effectively communicate with customers, coworkers, and management.

Proficient understanding of the Microsoft suite, familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

Passion for creating and maintaining a positive workplace culture.
WHAT THE JOB REQUIRES:

Work is primarily conducted in an office setting. Requires sitting at a desk or workstation for extended periods. Involves the use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers.

This role demands availability for five days each week, with the potential for including weekends in the schedule as necessary.

Requires the ability to sit or stand for extended periods. Minimal physical effort in the day-to-day tasks.

This role will require some occasional travel to our San Jose location; work is primarily conducted at the office.

The salary range for this position is $28.85 - $39.42 per hour. New hires generally start between $28.85 - $34.13 per hour. The final salary offer will be determined after reviewing relevant factors, including but not limited to skill sets; relevant experience; internal equity; and other business and organizational needs.
