Responsibilities:

Develop a comprehensive product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Salesforce CRM solution, aligned with the needs of banking sales teams and overall business objectives.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, technology, and customer experience, to gather requirements, identify pain points, and translate them into actionable features and enhancements.

Leverage your deep understanding of banking sales processes to design intuitive, user-friendly workflows within the Salesforce CRM. Drive innovation by proposing new features that enhance sales efficiency and customer interactions.

Define and prioritize feature development, enhancements, and integrations based on a keen understanding of market trends, customer feedback, and business priorities.

Lead an agile development team through the entire product development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, and deployment. Foster a collaborative environment that promotes creativity and continuous improvement.

Champion an exceptional user experience by ensuring the Salesforce CRM solution is intuitive, user-friendly, and aligned with the needs of the banking sales teams.

Continuously monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the impact of the Salesforce CRM on sales productivity, stakeholder satisfaction, and revenue growth. Utilize data-driven insights to identify areas for optimization and improvement.

Collaborate with third-party vendors and partners to ensure seamless integration of additional tools and functionalities to enhance the CRM solution.

Support change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of the Salesforce CRM solution across the banking sales teams. Assist training and support initiatives to ensure users are proficient in utilizing the CRM effectively.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

6-12 years of progressive experience as a Product Owner, with a focus on designing and managing Salesforce CRM solutions for banking sales teams.

In-depth understanding of banking sales processes, customer relationship management, and industry best practices.

Solid understanding of the banking industry and its key drivers.

Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams in an agile development environment.

Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Expert knowledge of Salesforce CRM (Financial Services Cloud), as well as related tools and technologies.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Wo
