About the role
The Sales Enablement Analyst will be responsible for enabling Patient Acquisition to achieve their goals and grow the Equip patient population. This role will be supporting the team by maintaining data analytics resources, calculating key performance metrics for outreach campaigns, and collaborating with various teams to incorporate feedback and plan future campaigns. Core daily responsibilities will include collaborating on new workflows to optimize team operations, as well as managing data needs such as maintaining dashboards, auditing and scrubbing data, and running analyses using tools like Mode Analytics and Salesforce.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate on and develop enablement workflows to support operational and administrative responsibilities for the Patient Acquisition team.
- Support the Patient Acquisition team by monitoring meeting and referral data and measuring prospecting performance.
- Analyzing campaign performance, and identifying insights to inform future campaigns.
- Assist in executing direct mail campaigns and pulling recipient lists for prospecting, drafting reports in Salesforce and other CRMs.
- Collaborate with other members of the Patient Acquisition team to audit data at the end of each quarter and assist with quarterly performance reporting.
- Support weekly team data needs including maintaining data across CRMs, scrubbing and uploading new leads, and assisting with other data related tasks.
- Collaborate with the Patient Acquisition team on routine data auditing.
- Support operational responsibilities and administrative tasks related to the Patient Acquisition team.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a relevant role, with experience in sales enablement or operations highly preferred.
- Experience with Excel/Sheets required; Must be comfortable using tools like VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP/INDEX/MATCH/COUNTIFS, building graphs from datasets, cleaning and de-duplicating data.
- Experience with Salesforce, such as creating records, pulling reports from scratch, and navigating dashboards required.
- Experience with data analysis tools, such as Mode Analytics or Tableau, and fluency with SQL.
- Attention to detail is critical; Natural desire and tendency to keep data resources organized and standardized.
- Analytics mindset; comfort in being presented a raw dataset, cleaning the dataset, and manipulating the data to find trends.
- Ability to learn and navigate new programs quickly; other programs that will be utilized in this role include custom EMR/EHRs, data analytics software, Google Suite and Slack.
Physical Demands
Work is performed 100% from home with no requirement to travel. This is a stationary position that requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards as well as to talk or hear by telephone. Sit or stand as needed.
