What will you do?
Teads is seeking a motivated seller to join our growing Sales team. As a Sales Director (Individual Contributor) for Teads, your primary focus will be to promote the sale of our platform to key agency and client accounts in the West Coast.
- Helping develop a growing category and account list for Teads by prospecting and closing business with a targeted list of agency and advertiser accounts
- Developing strong, mutually beneficial relationships with clients
- Working closely with internal teams and SME’s to ensure a united vision when corresponding with clients
- Representing Teads in the online marketplace and becoming an active Brand Advocate
- Meeting quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Meeting weekly activity targets (8-10 meetings per week)
- Working closely with internal teams such as Account Management, Ad Ops, Data, Insights & Measurement, Teads Studio, and Publishing to ensure client opportunity expectations are strategic and focused and campaign expectations are clear, on time, and on budget
- Ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and operational excellence to generate renewals and increase incremental revenue at all times
What will you bring to the team?
- 5-8+ years of digital media sales experience is required, ideally within mobile or video
- Experience at a DSP, trading desk, or ad tech company required
- Experience selling SaaS or self serve business solutions preferred
- Deep relationships with Director and VP level and above contacts at top-tier agencies and advertisers
- Seasoned understanding of the digital video marketplace
- Desire to work in a changing, fast-paced start up
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Driven, passionate, and an ultimate team player
- BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience
The pay range for this position is $300.000-$350.000 including on target earnings. The actual amount offered may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and abilities. In addition to salary, you may be eligible for our competitive benefits and perks to support you and your family as part of Teads’ total rewards package.
