The Role

The Sales Director is responsible for building success by identifying, qualifying and selling prospects on the value of TripleLift. This role is responsible for supporting new and current TripleLift agency holding company accounts, growing key accounts while hunting for new partners. A Sales Director should leverage existing relationships to convert advertisers from only using our best in market native programmatic advertising to all of TripleLift’s variety of products and solutions. The best candidate brings relationships with them to the table, and they are comfortable presenting at a transactional level; all the while evangelising, educating and influencing buying teams at the agency. TripleLift is one of the fastest growing ad tech businesses in the world and we are looking for someone to continue this growth with. 

 Responsibilities:

  • Build effective relationships with key advertisers, media agencies and trading desks
  • Develop leads and build the pipeline
  • Meet quarterly and annual revenue goals according to sales plan
  • Assess potential business deals through RFP response and gain commitment
  • Maintain proper adherence to company standards for data entry/utilisation
  • Effectively forecast monthly and quarterly sales
  • Grow accounts to ‘whale status’ within your patch

 Desired Skills and Attributes

  • Baseline understanding of digital advertising, DSP’s, programmatic, and general sales process
  • Proven track record of sales success, achieving goals, managing to a number
  • Motivated team player who consistently strives to exceed goals and push revenue expectations

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

 Education Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree

 Experience Requirement

  • +10 years in digital, media or ad tech sales
