Scope of role:

Sales Leadership and development:

- Drive the team’s development and foster a collaborative and motivating environment to enhance team effectiveness and morale.

- Ensure team members are aligned with overall sales objectives and corporate values.

Sales targets and revenue growth:

- Drive the achievement of individual and team sales targets.

- Identify and implement growth strategies aimed at expanding the client base in Germany, entering new markets, and diversifying revenue streams.

Market expansion and strategic opportunities:

- Identify and assess new market opportunities, contributing to long-term business expansion.

- Lead go-to-market strategies for new products/ regions/client segments, ensuring they are executed efficiently and aligned with company objectives.

Performance analysis and strategy optimisation:

- Responsible for analysing sales data, market trends, and competitor activities.

- Use insights to guide data-driven decisions, optimize strategies, and identify areas for improvement to maintain a competitive edge.

Stakeholder engagement and strategic alignment:

- Collaborate closely with senior executives and cross-departmental stakeholders to align sales strategies with broader

business objectives.

- Act as a liaison to ensure sales initiatives support organisational growth

and reflect brand positioning.

Key account and partnership management:

- Build and maintain strategic relationships with high-value clients, partners, and key industry stakeholders.

- Secure large accounts and long-term partnerships, acting as the executive contact to reinforce trust, loyalty, and ongoing

engagement.

- Representing Zodia at industry conferences and events to promote brand awareness and establish thought leadership

Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in leadership roles within financial services, with a focus on digital assets or related fields
  • Minimum 1 year of digital asset custody Sales experience
  • Previous experience of having oversight and responsibility for Sales and Business Development
  • Proven track record of managing and growing client relationships, particularly with institutional clients.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and business development skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global team environment with a deep cultural understanding.
  • Demonstrated passion for crypto and digital asset solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex issues creatively.
  • Proactive and self-driven with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Based in Germany
  • Fluent in English and Native German Speaker
