We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. As an SDR at SalesRabbit, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, working closely with our Account Executives to qualify leads and set appointments. You will help drive the early stages of the sales process, identifying opportunities, and ensuring a seamless transition to our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound outreach through calls, emails, texting, and social media to generate leads and interest in SalesRabbit.
  • Qualify inbound leads and identify key decision-makers within potential client organizations.
  • Set up meetings and product demos for Account Executives, ensuring smooth handoff and tracking of progress.
  • Research target accounts and industries to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Maintain and update accurate records in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, strategies, and outreach methods.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and appointment-setting goals.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow-up throughout the sales process.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in a sales development, telemarketing, or lead generation role (SaaS experience a plus).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage potential customers effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a drive to achieve targets.
  • Experience with sales prospecting tools (Salesforce, LinkedIn, Outreach, etc.) is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for sales and learning.
