We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to be on the front line of pipeline generation. How You'll Support Our Mission
The ideal candidate will have high energy, drive and perserverance. The primary role of the Sales Development Representative is to prospect for new customers by calling, emailing, networking & working with Marketing and any other means of generating interest.
Reporting to the Manager of Sales Development you will be part of the FEMS Sales Team.
What You'll Be Doing - day to day
- Build a pipeline of business through email, phone and various other means of prospecting
- Partner with a Regional Account Manager to cultivate new business opportunities
- Learn the sales process and understand the sales cycle from beginning to end

- Coachability: Must be able to listen and apply feedback and training
- Strong work ethic: Good time management skills with focus on accomplishing the mission
- Resilience: Need to be ok with hearing "no" and driving forward
Who You Are - the desirables
- Previous experience in B2B prospecting and lead generation
- Familiar with salesforce.com, Microsoft Teams
- Documented track record of success and achieving goals
- Great conversationalist who can build credibility and rapport quickly with strangers
- Strong desire to grow within the organization and elevate your position
