**We actively support remote work in the United States with a focus on candidates in states we currently operate in:

California, Oregon, Washington, Arizona, Utah, Nevada, Georgia, Massachusetts, New York, Florida, Colorado, Michigan, Missouri, Texas, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Maryland, North Carolina and Idaho**

What You’ll Do:

  • Research and identify potential customers within our target market, utilizing tools like LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and Salesforce.
  • Conduct cold calls, send personalized emails, and follow up with inbound leads to schedule meaningful appointments for the sales team.
  • Use active listening and discovery techniques to understand customer pain points and determine how Chatmeter’s solutions align with their goals.
  • Educate prospects on the value of our platform, addressing their questions and objections with confidence and expertise.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and product teams to refine messaging and ensure consistent communication.
  • Maintain records in Salesforce, ensuring all interactions are logged and metrics are tracked for continuous improvement.
  • Consistently meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly lead generation and outreach quotas.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales or business development role, ideally within a SaaS or tech environment.
  • A proven history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas, showcasing your results-driven mindset.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport over the phone or email.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities—you know how to prioritize and stay on top of tasks.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a must.
  • A growth mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
