Position Overview:

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Passes, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales growth. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying potential customers. You will work closely with the sales teams to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads to our Account Executives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and research potential customers through various channels including social media, industry events, and online databases.
  • Outbound Outreach: Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting (cold calling, emailing, social selling) to generate leads.
  • Qualification: Qualify inbound leads by understanding their business needs and challenges to determine if they are a good fit for Passes' solutions.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team verticals (sports, lifestyle, gaming, music) to develop and implement effective strategies for lead generation and qualification.
  • Follow-up: Follow up with prospects who have shown interest but have not yet converted to ensure continued engagement.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and results to the sales manager.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a customer-facing role is preferred.
  • Passion and familiarity with the creator economy and the pop culture landscape.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
