As a Sales Development Representative at Tomo, you will work as part of our front line team to engage, educate, and provide guidance to new customers who are learning about our mortgage offerings. Our Sales Development Representatives are the first point of contact with future homebuyers! You are primarily focused on introducing our unique Tomo experience to homebuyers. 

This role will require working some non-traditional hours (i.e. weekends and evenings). 

The things you’ll be doing…

  • Be  the FIRST Tomo contact to our customers
  • Provide a world-class customer experience as a part of helping customers choose the Tomo Mortgage
  • Engage with customers and real estate agents via text, email, phone and live chat
  • Educate customers about Tomo, our offerings, and the pre-application process, establishing trust
  • Collaborate with Loan Officers to connect with customers to answer questions that require a license, i.e., questions about product, rate, and eligibility, and ensure that customer needs are met by these conversations
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of the current processes and show the ability to identify patterns and processes that may improve downstream business practices
  • Adapt to and embrace process and policy changes as we learn more about our customers, their needs, and how to drive an industry-changing customer experience in mortgage

  • 1-2+ years of sales experience (ideally related to mortgage lending or real estate)

Tomo believes in compensation transparency. This role will pay $67,000 in on target earnings

The expected annual compensation for this position will be between

$50,000$67,000 USD
