We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (Lead Generation & Management) with strong connections in Lithuania to join our team on a project-based contract. Your primary focus will be generating high-quality leads, which will be followed up by our sales team. If you are passionate about fintech and have a solid network within the Lithuanian business community, we want to hear from you!

Here’s what you’ll be doing as Sales Development Representative:

  • Identify and engage potential business leads in Lithuania for TransferGo Business services, focusing on businesses with cross-border transfer needs
  • Conduct outbound sales calls, emails, social media and meetings to generate qualified leads
  • Research, engage and develop a strong pipeline of potential businesses
  • Collaborate with our sales team to improve the sales outreach and lead generation processes  
  • Potentially book in meetings or demos for the sales team to follow up
  • Provide feedback and insights with potential prospects to help improve our product-market fit

Here’s what we’d love from our new Sales Development Representative:

  • Strong connections within the Lithuanian business community - both in and outside of Lithuania
  • Proven experience in sales or lead generation 
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of meeting targets
  • Knowledge of fintech or payments industry is a plus
  • Fluent English, native Lithuanian
