Sales Development Representative (SDR) for the Midsize & Enterprise sector

Your tasks & responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Use methods such as cold calling, email outreach, social media prospecting, and networking events to generate new leads.
  • Lead Qualification: Evaluate the value of leads to determine their fit for our products or services by asking targeted questions about their needs, budget, and decision-making process.
  • Setting Up Meetings: Schedule demos or meetings for Account Executives (AEs) with qualified leads, working on a ratio of two SDRs to one AE.
  • CRM Management: Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track interactions, manage leads, and maintain accurate records of outreach efforts.
  • Pipeline Creation: Oversee the creation of the sales pipeline until leads are handed over to AEs.
  • Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns and provide feedback on lead quality.
  • Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of our product offerings and how they address customer pain points.
  • Reporting: Regularly report on your performance and collaborate with managers to enhance results.
  • Sales Collateral Input: Contribute to the development of sales collateral, email sequences, and sales playbooks.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to understand market conditions, competitors, and potential new market segments.

Required Qualifications & Expectations

Must

  • Experience and network in the capture industry
  • Very quick comprehension, fast, accurate and eloquent communicator
  • High work ethics
  • Be able to work fast and accurately under all sorts of pressure
  • Fluent in English and German 
  • CRM directed, disciplined work-style
  • Clean criminal record 
  • Proven track record of delivering sales results

  • Experience in HubSpot 
  • Fluent in French 
  • Experience in selling to regulated companies such as banks and insurance companies
  • Understanding Enterprise Software Cloud Products and its dynamics
  • Experience in Enterprise B2B SaaS business development
