As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll be at the forefront of this mission, driving the initial conversations and building lasting relationships with healthcare leaders across the globe. Your role will be pivotal in introducing our groundbreaking medical image management solutions to new prospects and laying the groundwork for long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities

Identify and Prospect: Research, identify, and engage key decision-makers at mid to large healthcare enterprises, laying the foundation for meaningful partnerships.

Develop Relationships: Foster relationships with healthcare executives to communicate the full value of Intelerad’s solutions, positioning Intelerad as the trusted partner in medical imaging.

Create and Qualify Opportunities: Generate qualified leads through tailored outreach and impactful conversations that highlight the unique benefits of our solutions.

Sales Cycle Management: Take ownership of the early stages of the sales cycle—from awareness-building and lead generation to scheduling meetings and providing in-depth product insights.

Collaborative Growth: Work closely with Account Executives and other team members to ensure smooth handoffs and a cohesive sales strategy, driving towards the shared goal of securing new business.

Scale and Innovate: Continuously refine and scale lead generation and sales processes, leveraging creativity and new approaches to exceed expectations.
Qualifications
Employment Prerequisites

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

1-3 years of experience in sales development, business development, or customer-facing roles (preferably in tech or healthcare industries).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to craft compelling narratives and present solutions clearly and confidently.

A solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to understand client needs and present creative, tailored approaches.

Familiarity with CRM tools (such as Salesforce, Definitive Healthcare, and SalesLoft) and proficiency in using modern sales tools and technologies to streamline outreach and tracking.

Ability to thrive in a team-based environment where collaboration, shared goals, and mutual support are valued.
