JOB SUMMARY:
Trace3 is looking for a summer intern to be part of the Sales Development team under Public Sector. This is a paid summer internship beginning in May 1st and ending mid-August. As a summer intern you will develop a skill set you’ll be able to take with you, as well as experience Trace 3’s unique culture. Responsibilities
- Learning and executing on the day-to-day duties of the SDRs (Sales Development Reps)
- Developing an understanding and working knowledge of our systems and tools
- Assisting with customer and account management through quoting, ordering, and order management
- Evaluating and actively working on new requests from customers, helping the sales teams with ongoing workload
- Collaborating with team members to learn best practices in Sales and Sales Operations in the IT world
- Working directly with end users to help understand requirements and provide prompt responses to customer inquiries
- Participate in industry and OEM trainings and webinars to further IT and Sales Knowledge
- Collaborates with team members to support the business objectives of the team
Qualifications
- Trace3 is looking for a person who is currently a Junior or Senior enrolled in or recent graduate of a bachelor's degree program focusing on business administration or relevant field. Ideally, this person is enthusiastic, passionate and excited to learn. This person should be organized and have excellent interpersonal skills, and proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and deadlines. If you are willing to exceed expectations and have a good attitude- this role may be for you!
U.S. Citizenship is required for most positions at Trace3 Gov, due to security clearance and government/federal contracts held by Trace3 Gov.
