Who are Christophe Robin?
An authentic Parisian artisan, Christophe Robin reinvents life in color by revealing the beauty of hair through care. The brand disrupts the haircare industry by offering a visionary approach to scalp and hair care, starting with the creation of the first formulas in 1999 by internationally renowned colorist Christophe Robin for his prestigious clientele. Christophe Robin’s innovative creations, inspired by his philosophy "there is no beautiful color without deep care," have received numerous awards and have made the brand a reference in haircare for knowledgeable consumers.
The brand was acquired by The Hut Group in 2019, one of the world’s largest e-commerce groups based in the UK, with over 10 years of experience in building and developing brands in the beauty and wellness sectors across more than 160 markets. Christophe Robin is present in salons, perfumeries, and pharmacies in France, and in over twenty countries worldwide (Europe, Asia, USA, Australia). The Commercial and Marketing teams based in Paris are responsible for developing the brand in various global markets.
Why be a Sales Delegate, Salons at THG Beauty?
What if your next commercial challenge took place in the haircare industry? To strengthen the brand's presence in the professional market, we are hiring A Sales delegate for Hair Salons in Paris. Under the responsibility of the Sales Manager, your main mission will be to develop the customer/prospect portfolio in your sector.
As Sales Delegate, Salons, you’ll:
- Manage the commercial relationship with existing clients in the field
- Ensure the proper implementation of trade marketing offers with existing clients
- Prospect new clients in the sector (ideally based in Île-de-France, with occasional trips to other regions)
- Provide regular and qualitative follow-up with each client to increase sales
- Analyze activity figures, build action and travel plans
- Participate in the organization of training sessions for clients and prospects
What skills and experience do I need for this role?
- You are familiar with the haircare industry. You know its mechanisms and players – it holds no secrets for you!
- You have strong negotiation skills and are comfortable with numbers.
- You are confident in speaking and have excellent interpersonal skills. You are friendly, cheerful, and dynamic!
- You are driven and motivated. You enjoy a challenge and demonstrate perseverance.
- You are meticulous and organized. You believe that every detail matters!
- You enjoy working as part of a team and value mutual support.
- You have a valid driver’s license and are comfortable traveling. You are flexible and independent.
