This strikes the ideal balance between going to university and getting a job. You get to earn while you learn - and your classroom training is all backed up with practical experience and the support of a mentor and buddy. You'll learn how a big international business is run on our Sales apprenticeship programme. You can expect to experience two or three rotations within your function. These will likely include Category Development, Front Line Sales and Sales Revenue Planning.

University:
- Kent University
Work and Study Split:
- You will typically spend 2/3 days a week based at our Uxbridge office
- 2/3 days a week at home
- 1 day per week for study / at university
Routes for progression post Apprenticeship completion:
- Towards the end of your apprenticeship the business will support you to apply for any suitable vacant roles in order to progress your career within Mondelez International.
Starting Date
- Our Apprenticeship programs start every September, and for this role you would start September 2025.
Duration
- Your Apprenticeship will be in line with your education, expected to be 3 years depending on the modules you study.
Education / Certifications:
- First off, you'll need a good academic background. This will need to include five GCSEs grades A*- C or equivalent 9 to 5 number grades, including Math's and English. Plus three A-level grades at 120 points, or BBB, or equivalent.
- For our Sales Apprenticeships you will need to either already have a valid driving license or be able to commit to passing your driving license within the first year of your apprenticeship with us.
Starting salary: 25,000 £

We will be holding our final stage assessment centre for this role in-person at our Uxbridge offices on the week commencing 28th April 2025. Reasonable travel expenses will be covered.
