What you will do
As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales community by building a robust pipeline of leads to meet business plans and company objectives, driving growth within the company. Your responsibilities will include generating leads through phone calls, reviewing and analyzing data pipelines, and utilizing email, social media, and various portals.
This office-based role in Birmingham will report to the Bid Team and Sales Support Manager. You will collaborate closely with Business Development Managers, Growth Room Teams, Sales Coordinators, and virtual account teams to manage portals and projects in the pipeline.
The ideal candidate will be tenacious with a "can-do" attitude, demonstrating persistence and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of workmanship. Effective communication with both external and internal customers is essential to meet and exceed customer expectations.

How you will do it

Make outgoing calls to develop new business

Contact prospects to qualify leads

Research, track, maintain, and update leads

Maintain lead generation database

Conduct customer research

Collaborate with Business Development Managers and Growth Room Teams to identify enterprise opportunities

Provide accurate and timely information to management

Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products and services to facilitate the sales process

Required

Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)

Experience with cold calling

Experience in research and maintaining databases

Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
