YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WORK
The Sales Coordinator’s primary role is to empower our local sales team members by streamlining processes and handling administrative tasks, enabling them to focus on revenue-generating activities and fostering key partnerships on the ground. In the Regional Sales Coordinator role, you will support multiple sites simultaneously, with a primary focus on assisting the Warsaw and Rotterdam sales teams. As part of our EU Relationship Management & Sales Team, your work will include supporting sales efforts, managing client relationships, and addressing administrative needs to drive team success.
Potential responsibilities will include:
• Conducting various administrative tasks as appropriate/necessary, with the goal to minimize non-revenue-generating time of the Relationship Managers tasks.
• Act as primary liaison between Finance and Sales, owning the client delinquency process.
• Own local compliance requirements such as the KYC and AML processes during client onboarding.
• Act as the point person on the EU Relationship Management team for a portfolio of smaller client accounts, supporting these clients through answering invoicing questions (etc.) and escalating to other team members as appropriate for space expansion conversations.
• When needed, build prospect proposals alongside the support of the Relationship Management team.
• Triage and distribute requests coming to the shared Relationship Management team email addresses.
• Support with ongoing targeted list generation for the Relationship Management team.
• Support with sending outbound outreach to potential clients.
• Grow CIC’s visibility on workspace marketplaces online.
• Participate in special projects as they arise.

YOU HAVE
• At least 1–2 years of professional experience with administrative positions.
• Excellent written communication, strong interpersonal skills, and a natural gravitation toward detail-orientation and organization.
• Familiarity with basic software/tools such as Google Suite (Docs, Spreadsheets and Slides)
• Some experience with HubSpot or similar sales CRM (not necessary, but would be great to have)
• Fluent in English and Polish; knowledge of Dutch is a bonus, but not required.
