What You Will Do
- Request quotes from our suppliers
- Place orders and coordinate the delivery of goods
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Draft quotes and delivery contracts
- Update price lists and provide the finance department with necessary billing information
- Manage shipments from our warehouse
- Maintain customer, supplier, and product information in our systems
- Assist with other administrative tasks and support duties within sales
What We Are Looking For
- Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English, both verbally and in writing
- Good knowledge of Swedish is highly advantageous
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy
