Your Next Opportunity
We are looking for a driven and results-focused Sales Consultant to join our dynamic Sydney team. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of our New Building Solutions division—building relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering cutting-edge solutions to our customers.
What You’ll Be Doing:
✔️ Developing and executing your individual sales plan
✔️ Understanding customer needs and designing tailored solutions
✔️ Building strong relationships with new and existing clients
✔️ Expanding KONE’s market presence and driving growth
✔️ Managing the full sales cycle for key customers
✔️ Generating leads and matching customer needs with KONE’s world-class solutions
✔️ Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
✔️ Ensuring accurate reporting within Salesforce (CRM)
What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Experience in technical sales within the construction industry
🔹 A degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
🔹 A commercial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
🔹 Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
🔹 A resilient, proactive, and results-driven approach
🔹 Tech-savviness with CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
🔹 A track record of successfully managing and growing client accounts
