What We Offer:
- Leads and Commission: Earn commissions on high-dollar sales. All leads go to you!
- Tailored Compensation: You choose between a base salary plus commission or commission-only structure. (Base salary of $40k under Base+ Commission model.)
- First Year Earning Potential: $73k+.
- Year 2 Earning Potential: $80k+
- Bonuses: Earn quarterly bonuses based on your performance and achievement of goals.

Your Role as Our Lead Design Sales Consultant:
As our Lead Design Sales Consultant, you’ll be the face of our company, helping clients bring their vision to life with custom window treatments and design solutions. You’ll work closely with our design team, installers, and management to create stunning, functional spaces for each client.
A Day in the Life:
- Engage with Clients: Provide personalized design advice during in-home and showroom consultations, guiding clients through various window treatment options and design solutions.
- Sales Ownership: Take full responsibility for the sales process, from the initial consultation and quoting to order placement and follow-up. Our team will support you every step of the way.
- Build Relationships: Use provided leads to develop meaningful relationships with clients. Ensure repeat and referral business by offering exceptional service and high-quality recommendations.
- Collaboration with the Team: Work closely with the design team, installers, and operations team to ensure seamless project delivery, from measurements to final installation.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Design Enthusiast: Previous experience in interior design, home decorating, or in-home sales (such as window treatments, furniture, upholstery) is highly desirable.
- Sales Expertise: You have proven experience in quoting, project management, and conducting in-home consultations. A background in real estate, home staging, or design retail is a plus!
- Exceptional Communicator: You’re an excellent listener and communicator, able to build rapport with clients and manage relationships effectively.
- Adaptable & Positive: You excel in a fast-paced, multitasking environment with a positive, solutions-focused attitude.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Quoterite or other sales tools is a bonus, but not required—we’re happy to train the right candidate!
