Role Overview:

PDI Technologies is looking for a highly motivated, curious, ever-evolving, hard-working Remote Inside Sales Professional that wants to be launched and successfully enabled in a cyber security sales career that will provide continual growth and career advancement. The ideal candidate will be a focused Inside Sales Professional that desires to be enabled to execute best practice engagement processes for finding, contacting, and cultivating new business opportunities with our franchise clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively prospect and engage automotive dealership franchise clients to introduce managed security services.
  • Ability to work remotely with a proactive, hunter mentality—skilled at identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities independently.
  • Develop the ability to identify and address challenges clients face in managing their security infrastructure.
  • Utilize phone and email outreach to evaluate client needs and effectively position managed security services to the existing customer base.
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage a high volume of accounts while accurately forecasting future revenue targets.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships, positioning PDI Technologies as a trusted security partner.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 
  • 2+ years of experience in inside sales, business development, or cybersecurity sales, preferably within the automotive or IT security sector.
  • Proven track record of success in a remote sales environment, demonstrating a hunter mentality in identifying and closing new business opportunities
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) for tracking leads, managing pipelines, and forecasting sales.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with clients remotely.
  • Familiarity with automotive dealership IT infrastructure and cybersecurity challenges is a plus.
