Job Description

Gieves & Hawkes, a prestigious luxury menswear & tailoring brand, we are seeking a talented part-time Sales Consultant to join our team in Chester, as a Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while showcasing our exquisite collection of tailored clothing and accessories.

  • Provide outstanding customer service by assisting clients in selecting garments that suit their style and needs
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and repeat business
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Gieves & Hawkes products, including fabrics, styles, and tailoring techniques
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets consistently
  • Collaborate with the tailoring team to ensure proper fit and customization of garments
  • Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor
  • Stay informed about current fashion trends and competitor offerings
  • Participate in inventory management and restocking activities
  • Assist in visual merchandising to create compelling product displays
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury retail or high-end fashion sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with discerning clientele
  • In-depth knowledge of men's fashion, tailoring, and current trends
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Proficiency in clienteling and customer relationship management
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
  • Basic math skills for calculating measurements and processing transactions
  • Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Team player with a collaborative attitude
  • Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and inventory management software

Additional Information

The role is has a basic hours of 24hrs per week spread over three days, with the flexibility to cover extra days, we offer store team commission, clothing allowance and staff discount.
