Sales - Closer

Currently we are seeking Top Producers with a track record of consistent performance to join our incredible team. We are dedicated to providing comprehensive solutions for IRS concerns, allowing our clients to rest easy without the burden of tax intricacies. 

This role is an in office position for candidates within a commutable distance of our Irvine location. This role is non-exempt hourly and pays $18.00 an hour, plus UNCAPPED commissions. Our average Sales Closer earns between $12,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month. This role is open to candidates who do not require visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to handle a high volume of calls daily and maximize opportunities for sales.
• Qualify clients and gather essential information to understand their needs.
• Present personalized tax relief plans to our clients and collect service fees.
• Utilizing lending platforms to aid clients in financing our services.
• Maintaining a clean and organized sales pipeline.
• Presenting tax investigation and resolution services

What you bring to the table:

• Tax experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with clients, internal partners, and teammates.
• Organizational abilities and time management skills.
• Thrive in a fast paced environment
• Experience in a call center environment or phone experience is beneficial.
• Strong work ethic and positive mindset. 
• Bilingual is a PLUS!
