We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Support and Client Implementation Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our sales team and ensuring smooth client implementations. Your primary responsibilities will include providing assistance to our sales and state client management team, coordinating with clients during the implementation process, and ensuring effective communication between all stakeholders. This position would directly support our State Tobacco Quit Services Team with an emphasis on growth and new Medicaid/MCO business.

To prioritize togetherness, culture, and accountability, RVO Health operates on an in-office work schedule. We expect employees to work from our Minneapolis office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week. You are welcome to work remotely Mondays and Fridays if you wish.

What You’ll Do
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide support in the sales process, including preparing sales materials, gathering client information, and assisting with proposals and presentations. 
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to implementation. 
  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of client implementations, including contract negotiation, project planning, timeline development, and resource allocation. 
  • Communicate regularly with clients to gather necessary information, address questions or concerns, and provide updates on implementation progress. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product development, marketing, legal, client management and more, to ensure successful and timely completion of client implementations. 
  • Provide training and support to clients as needed, ensuring they have a clear understanding of our products and services. 
  • Document implementation processes, best practices, and lessons learned to facilitate future implementations and enhance overall efficiency. 
  • Assist in resolving any implementation issues or challenges that may arise, working closely with internal teams and clients to find effective solutions. 
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, implementation progress, and key project milestones. 

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in account management, sales support, or client implementation is preferred. 
  • Public Health and Medicaid Managed Care Organizations knowledge is a plus.  
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders. 
  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to resolve implementation issues. 
  • Proficient in using CRM systems, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines. 
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. 

Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company. The following benefits are provided by RVO Health, subject to eligibility requirements.

  • Starting Salary: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00
    *Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications and experience
