What you will do:
As Sales Business Specialist your role will be to materialize the company’s sales strategy through digital transformation initiatives and performance improvement projects, ensuring the proper synchronization of people, procedures and systems to ensure the implementation of strategic objectives, under the defined timeline, providing the desired results which will create value for the business. You will be working closely with Sales Management and be appointed as the call-to-action person for the execution and monitoring of the strategic plans’ accomplishment, aiming on continuous improvement of the assessed business areas.
Your day-to-day:
- Collaboration with business leadership, develop key measures and reports to support the execution of strategic plans
- Lead digital sales-oriented projects and initiatives
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics (KPIs and KRIs), prepare the necessary reporting, and suggest solutions for improvement
- Liaise between internal resources and third parties for the proper execution of projects, ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Report and escalate to management when needed
- Liaise with the Marketing department to ensure brand consistency in communication plan and digital strategy
- Contribute to new product launches
- Serve as a technical content expert
Qualifications:
- University Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or relevant
- Experience in digital sales ecosystems and marketing
- Solid business background and experience working with CRM software (preferably Salesforce)
- Experience as a Project Manager in the insurance or information technology sector would be a plus
- Working knowledge of remote collaboration tools (Azure DevOps, etc.)
- Experience on defining and executing performance strategy initiatives
- Digital sales capabilities (knowledge on digital sales tools/ platforms, digital communication, web-based advertising, campaign optimization, Google Analytics, UX etc.)
- Familiarity with sales processes (back-office operations, performance & quality reporting etc.)
- Experience on performance management, having analytical skills set and exposure to systems
