Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Business Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining sales performance reports and dashboards that support strategic decision-making across our Sales and Enterprise organizations. You will play a key part in ensuring data accuracy, governance, and effective data storytelling through visualization tools such as Tableau. By collaborating closely with Sales, Analytics, and Partner Strategy teams, you will enable informed, data-driven actions to improve representative performance, merchant engagement, and organizational growth.

Responsibilities:

· Compile, analyze, and report sales and enterprise performance data across multiple channels and departments.

· Create and maintain dashboards and reports for SMB and Enterprise Sales using Tableau

· Provide actionable insights to sales representatives, leadership, and merchant support teams to enhance performance and strategic planning.

· Monitor and analyze trends in merchant originations, account expansions, incentive goals, and sales KPIs.

· Lead initiatives to improve the reporting user experience and implement new tools and platforms that enhance value delivery.

· Advocate for process improvements and standardization of reporting across sales organizations.

· Use SQL and/or python to extract data from a variety of sources

· Develop and manage integrated reporting for key areas, including:

o Salesforce Reporting

o Sales Territory Management

o Team Incentive Targets

o Performance Management & Goal Setting

o Enterprise Partner Reporting

o Sales KPIs & Metrics

o E-Commerce & Inside Sales

o Merchant Segments (Enterprise, Ground Floor Retail, etc.)

Requirements:

· Degree in a relevant field: Statistic, Finance, Computer Science, Data Analyst.

· 2 to 4 years of experience as Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.

· Advanced knowledge of Tableau, Excel, or other data visualization tools.

· Strong report development, data analysis, and SQL query creation background.

· Ability to write code in an analytical language like python.

· Ability to manage and prioritize incoming requests for multiple projects.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Strong communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

· High command of English language.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Tableau, SQL, certified.

· Business Analytics Certified.

· Experience working with Salesforce data and building integrated reports.

· Solid Understanding of Sales KPIs and performance metrics.
