Our busy dealership is looking for a hard-working, organized team player to join our dealership as our new Administrative and Sales Assistant.  To be successful in this role, you must be professional, proactive, and positive when interacting with vendors, customers, and management.  Our goal is not only to meet our customer’s expectations but to exceed them.  This person will play a key role in ensuring our team provides an exceptional experience to our customers.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist Finance Managers and Accounting Office in ensuring prompt processing of all deals
  • Ensuring the correct flow of documents from the Finance department to the business office
  • Daily process prior day deals and report development to management
  • Processing vehicle sales documentation
  • Performs general office duties
  • Retrieving documents, records, and reports
  • Answer phone calls and emails
  • Coordinate scheduling
  • Copy, file, print, mail, and organize documents
  • Interact with customers
  • Customer follow ups
  • Any additional responsibilities requested by the Finance & Sales Directors

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Administrative Assistant: 2 years preferred not required
  • A valid driver’s license
  • All employees must maintain a professional, clean, and well-groomed appearance
  • Self-motivation, customer-driven, and success-oriented
  • An eager, outgoing personality
  • Desire to work with people and team-player

Compensation

  • $17 - $18 per hour DOE

Schedule

  • Monday-Saturday
  • Sundays and 1 week day off

About Our Dealership
Bretz RV & Marine opened for business in Missoula, Montana, in 1967. Until then, Frank and Vi Bretz had been operating a service station and renting U-Hauls in central Missoula. A search for a new camping trailer ended up turning into a new business opportunity. Not only did the Bretz family get a new camper, they decided to get into the business of selling and renting small travel trailers. 

Today Bretz RV & Marine is still a family-owned and operated business with five dealerships across Montana and Idaho. We are fortunate to have grown from just over 100 employees to nearly 400 employees in the last five years. We do all we can to offer our teams an excellent place to work and advance in our company. We start by finding great people with high energy and then find the best place for them to be successful in our dealerships.
