About the Role:
As a Sales Assistant, you’ll be the face of the brand, assisting customers, answering questions, and ensuring a seamless event experience. Your role is key in promoting brand awareness, assisting with sales, and creating a welcoming environment for customers at community events.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a brand ambassador, engaging with customers at promotional events
  • Assist customers in selecting merchandise that aligns with their interests and needs
  • Provide product information, answer questions, and recommend solutions
  • Process sales transactions and manage inventory at events
  • Support event logistics and collaborate with the team to execute successful promotions
  • Assist the management team with event-related administrative tasks as needed

  • Positive, outgoing personality – Thrives in a social, event-driven environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and adapt to event needs
  • Ability to consistently travel to assigned job sites on time
  • Local candidates preferred – This is an in-person role
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Customer service, sales, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus (but not required – paid training provided!)
