- Auftragsbearbeitung (Auftragserfassung in der Warenwirtschaft, Erstellung von Auftragsbestätigungen, Proforma-Rechnungen)
- Bearbeitung von Reklamationsfällen
- Erstellen von Angeboten und Kostenvoranschlägen
- Stammdatenpflege (Kunden, Preislisten, Angebotstexte)
- Telefonzentrale
- Organisation von Schulungen/Tagungen (Terminabstimmung, Hotelbuchungen, Bewirtung, etc.)
- Organisation von Messen (Hotel- und Flugbuchungen, Messelogistik, Werbemittel, etc.)
- Teilnahme an Ausstellungen und Messen (bei Bedarf)
Sie sollten kommunikativ, teamfähig und durchsetzungsstark sein, denn zur Erfüllung Ihrer Aufgaben müssen Sie souverän die Schnittstellen zwischen Kunden und den verschiedenen Abteilungen innerhalb der Unternehmung managen (Produktion / Einkauf / Entwicklung/ Geschäftsführung / Buchhaltung).
Ausbildung:
- Industriekauffrau/Kaufmann
- Groß- und Einzelhandelskauffrau/Kaufmann
Erforderliche Kenntnisse:
- Deutsch (sehr gut)
- Englisch (sehr gut)
- MS Office
Wünschenswerte Kenntnisse:
- Warenwirtschaftssystem
- CRM System

Spellman High Voltage’s standard and custom high voltage power supplies, X-Ray generators and X-Ray sources range from 3 watts to over 200 kilowatts with voltages spanning from 62 volts to over 500kV
